Can't Submit Article

    OK. Now there's a clock symbol under 'Status' of my article. It says "pending admin review-approved". 

    What is it supposed to mean?

    It means the article has been reviewed and approved by the editor and the admin will award the cash credits and publish it soon..

    yes. Administrator is the Ultimate to give Cash Credit.
