My IP address has blocked

I was voting polls and giving comments then the first message was to me is Are you spamming after that when again I tried to submit it shows that my IP address has blocked what does it mean? Am I not able to post any message today or what?

    I had faced the problem many times.When boddunan team was on vacation it didn't cleared in time and as a result I was not able to post a comment for one week!!!I think you will not have to wait that much since the team may come online today or tomorrow.

    Ok Abid I they have a time limit on posting comments in polls is 20 seconds but I think I have not broken the condition because it is not possible for any one after opening one poll and clicking on votes is definitely more than 20 seconds

    It is not a cause.I experienced this when I read an article and put a comment on it.Time delay was more than 10 minuts.
