    actually, with her new accessories of dhoti, anklet etc, she became a little bit slow...
    i think i should have given her training with these accessories, at least 2 or 3 times....
    they proved burden while she danced for the first time...

    Even for elders, its customary before a performance to do rehearsals in the actual stage and costume conditions. This we call it (I'm a qualified stage director) "Stage rehearsals". This will remove the fear, hesitation from the participant on the real function day.
