Their are 5 simple Funda

1. Daily in the morning rise early and before doing brush take 4 Glasses of Normal water.
Than you brush and go for morning walk.

The first two steps you mentioned above do not have any relation with the hair loss!
Sajee may be it is related.. hair loss does increase when we dont sleep properly.. maybe it has good affect when getting up properly too.

I do not think so, drinking water does it has any relation with hair and walking too?
Though it may seem to be unrelated to hair loss it is a good practice to get up early. So, i would practice it. :) :laugh:
I think hair experts suggest lot of water intake and excerise can reduce hair loss..maybe that is reason sajee the 1 two steps means..stress :)
