Definitely not. Smoking is injurious to health. This is indicated on every pack. Smoking at an occasion specifically for children is highly condemnable. Even otherwise, smoking is prohibited at public place. Organizers of the event should have immediately reacted and stopped the celebrities from smoking or asked them to leave. Stern action need be taken for breach of law.

What else one can say? Their conduct deserve to be condemned in the strongest terms!
This is very shameful act. They have come to attend a good cause and were practicing these cheap habits before children.... Very bad.
