Yes my sample of application is worth Rs4 only. I would like to learn a better pattern in a better style.

Please let us have a sample of application in the pattern you apply. That will educate other members.

IMHO the letters to should be specific to the area your are writing/to whom you are writing and many more factors come into picture. It is not possible to write a generic one.

Thanks for responding. You may post a sample application on the same subject.

Please let me know the deficiencies, mistakes, errors, grammar, style in my post about which I received negative comments.

For your information this is a sample that we use in the Ministry of defence, Department of Defence productions and Supplies.

I am not a student who is playing trial and error. I posted these samples on having interected with you over this controversial thread:
