    I agree with Maverick. Without being active on forums, it is not possible to have up to date knowledge. many are not active on forum. Possibly, they may not be logging in even their E mail ID regularly. So even if some one has less time, a point should be made to log in at least for half an hour and look for announcements. This is like reading daily newspaper. If some one does not read newspaper, he cannot blame any one but himself for ignorance of news.
