    Its better to have only one name here..right.If we know the real name of maverick we may start using it and eventually the name Maverick in boddunan will have less importance.At present this name is the final word here.So let that name only remain. :)

    There is a long thread in boddunan discussing about the meaning of maverick. :) Also..as far i know, this name is famous by the Hollywood movie Top Gun.Tom cruise is the hero and he is a fighter pilot.And every fighter pilot has a nick name which is the official name also.Maverick is the nick name of tom cruise in the movie!.The movie was a big Hit.
