It is not "Pink pajama on red foot"

It is rather "Pink pajama on red fort" and appears to be a phrase used for making fun of Indians.

'Pink Pajama' is used for females and sometimes for not so decent indications.

In simple terms, it mostly means 'women in politics' as (red fort is associated with politics).
The term "Pink Pyjama" is a pejorative term. Keeping the context stricly in mind and its association with Red Fort which symbolises the attainment of a goal ( National Flag is hoisted atop it on the Independence Day). If one ignores the pejorative meaning of "Pink Pyjama" to denote women, the meaning comes out of this phraseology is the rising power of women in our society! This my take on it and you may agree to disagree with me!
Here is a site on which this peculiar phrase has been discussed:

I made three trips to US and my total stay in all the three trips was a huge six months plus. I have seen that the people who make fun of Indians saying:
Curry
Desi
ABCD
...are mostly our Indian migrants settled in US...

Nevertheless "pink pajama on red fort" is suspected to have been discovered by the few racist westerners / Australians.
