I agree with him. Admin should program the forum threads where we can vote the replies and posts. This will affect our Karma as well as our postings in threads.

I think I am too new a member to make a comment on such things. I would like to watch the way it works before making any suggestions, but you sound perfect.

Yes.. that's a nice suggestion.. By this way users can know that which of their work is more liked by the user and they can go for that subject.

As Santhosh told, hidden karma is good....we need not know which person has made use of it. But still, we should know for which post of ours, our karma was increased or decreased.....
As Sanjeev told,....yes....we are not really using those Karma, in most of the cases. I have used it in one or two occasions only....but I never used -ve one.

Presently, your karma point is 0. Obviously, no body has either added or deducted. I am going to add one karma point. This will bring your karma to 1. You may see karma points of others also below their profile image. I suggest read the posts and give + or - karma according to your like/ dislike.

I don't think liking or disliking should be the factor to give someone -ve or +ve but one should give it on the basis if the post contributes negatively or positively to a discussion. :)

If you consider that a post is positive, you like this. If you feel that contribution of the post is negative, you dislike. 'Like' and 'dislike' are simple words that express how you evaluate a post.
