Due to Karthik's long absence the GD had gone out.Now Astha's inconvenience badly affects the daily forum activator award also.So some immediate arrangements is to be taken to fill the gaps.

    Yes abid, now you,gulshan,meean are the regular active and experienced members of boddunan. Hope you three will be continuing with boddunan. So two from you can take this and do.

    Some more persons should be appointed for this task.

    My suggestion is There must be backup. If any one is absent, other can continue it. It will not affect the regular activities of the website.
    Software Engineers never die...They just go offline.

    Yes it is true and known fact that some contest are not properly conducted...even the weblinks are delay sometimes..
    Till now the member of week award of last week is not decided or announced.

    However as said by kumaresh there should be some backup after the main memeber is missing..so that people do not have to wait long..

    I think the names suggested by sajeetharan is good as they are seniors with experience..if they dont have any problem to take the task..Sajeetharan can also manage as he is quiet active member and always leading the member board..

    Thanks Sajeetharan for your appreciation. I am ready to take GD provided it ends on a day other than Saturday to Monday.I may be offline on most of those days!

    Instead of one person, a panel of senior members should be drawn to fill the gap. The panel members will generally not be performing duty of moderator but they should be available when the moderator seeks leave. The moderator will send a PM to the next member in the panel to take over the job temporarily. But such contingencies must be very rare. When some one agrees to be moderator or editor, he/she must assume responsibility for smooth functioning of the site.
