I agree with all but i want to one modification. the question is that highest referal of the month. i want to suggest change this prize to most active person of the month. so all problem will resolve automatically. highest point will decide this prize.

    Most active member of the month is a good idea.But the highest point may not be able to decide it.If I sit and caste votes for all the polls so far within a day I may be able to get a sackful points.So like revenue sharing program it may be introduced.
