I had heard somewhere that
"Luck favours the brave".
Do you think so is it true?

Luck is luck and not an award! In the quote itself the role of luck is subordinated!
I agree with that saying...though most of the people do not believe in luck it is very important.
As luck is a chance element no rational person would ever rely on it in his or her day-to-day strugggle. It's always sensible to work with whatever resources one is endowed with with a purpose and enthusiam!
No i don't think luck favours brave, luck is by chance.
I think it is just a saying

I think luck is what the man created according to the situation. One losses a bus and becomes late for interview. He says he is unlucky at that moment and when he hears that bus in mishap he will say he is lucky!!

Luck means nothing except opportunities in life. If you avail the opportunity, you are lucky. Otherwise unlucky. Luck or ill luck depends on you. You are the master of your destiny. Winds and wares are on the side of the ablest navigator.

In view of family ties and affiliations, one born in an influential family may be considered lucky. All are born and brought up in different circumstances. Those in better environment may be considered luckier. However, it is always possible to move ahead regardless of circumstances. An ambitious and hard working person may go ahead in spite of bad circumstances and a dull and pessimist would remain laggard in spite of best circumstances.

No i don't think luck favours brave, luck is by chance. It may increase the chances of reward.
Though it is a good saying but I cannot agree with the saying because luck is something which we prepare for ourselves through our perseverance and hard work and I would like the saying to be as such "Luck favors the perpared"...
So I think luck favors the brave is so a totally useless concept .
