Hi all,

 Since I am a working lady I always prefer quick recipes which I can do in the evening (kinda evening snack) after coming from office. I have listed two such recipes here

1. Karnataka Special SEEKARANAE (mango Gheer)

Ingredients :

1. Ripened Mango - 1
2. Milk - 1 1/2 cups
3. Sugar
4. Elaichi - 2

Procedure :

1. Boil the milk with the sugar and let it cool
2. Peel the mangoes and grind them in mixie
3. Mix both with your hands (they are the best tools for mixing Lol :))
4. Add the Powdered Elaichi

Refrigerate it and serve it cool

A quick dessert ready

2. Sweet Balls

Ingredients :

1. Maida - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 1 cup
3. Water - Required amount

Procedure :

1. Mix all three to get a bajji consistency and keep it aside for 20 minutes
2. Heat Oil in a kadai
3. Make balls with this and fry in oil

Serve when hot

A tasty dessert ready. You can also add grated coconut and smashed bananas to the mix before frying it in oil. See which taste suits you and make it yummy :)
