Foreign language English is growing rapidly in India while the Indian language(Hindi) is loosing its grounds in India itself.

In fact, there is nothing to choose. Every one should know his mother tongue and try to learn Hindi and english also. As we have adopted English and this is spoken all over India, this is no more foreign. what you adopt becomes yours.
