Use bsnl broadband for an unlimited plan. In Bihar unlimited plan is 925 for one month.

Personally I prefer broadband through landline phone as it is always connected. I am using it since 3 years without any problem.

It depends on the strength of network of BSNL in your area. It is the fastest service in good areas but it is worst too wherever network is weak. Anyway, lanline phone modem is faster than the Wi Max.

WiMax is the optimal substitute for cable internet, digital subscriber line (DSL), and long distance broadband access.

Since WiMax is much more reliable than other options of internet connectivity, most companies and businesses include it as part and parcel of their business continuity plan. also wifi needs closest Wi-Fi hot spot to connect when u 'r away .this is not with wimax
