if you find that your partner gives you poison? But you save then what will you do?

I will definitely take it because my partner is not going to tell me its poison, but if I survive then there is definitely a murder waiting to happen with my own hands!

I shall not take poison if this comes to my knowledge. If I feel uneasy after taking it unknowingly, I shall go to doctor. If I do not survive, there is no problem. If I survive after taking poison or I do not take it, I shall find out why she gave me poison. I shall take remedial measure. It goes without saying that relation are broken.
