MANAGEMENT ETHICS

 

INTRODUCTION:

The life and growth of a business depends upon the ethics. Customer is important role of every business. Customers are different for different business.

 

ETHICS:

In general Ethics means “what is good and what is not good”. Every business organization by practice must know what should be a desirable behavior to form a good source.

MANAGEMENT ETHICS:

This can be defined as set of moral rules, procedures and principles to save and secure the custom employees, society and business unit.

 

The importance of management ethics involves Ethical attitude management which improve the confidence of customers, employees and society.

 

And therefore if a business man observes ethics strictly, definitely the particular business unit will be developed.

 

 

Some of the factors that affect business ethics are as follows:

 

  • Superiors in the organization doing immoral activities leads to unethics in their subordinates in the organization.
  • Non- cooperation of workers leads to immoral business activities.

 

The main characteristics of ethics in Management are

 

  • Truth and Justice.
  • Good and bad.
