Role Of FIIS in Indian share market

fiiWe have heard about FIIS ( Foreign Institutional Investor)

In our share market we have two types of Investor 1-DII (Domestic Institutional Investor)

2-FII (Foreign Institutional Investor)

you must have heard that today market fall down because FIIs sell there shares and some time also you have heard that today market goes up because FIIS buy some shares from Indian share market.

This is true that when FIIs buy our shares our market goes up this is because they invest in a lot survey says that out of our 100 % FIIS invest around 60%.

so definitely they will have a big role in our share market as everybody know when sell happen in market then market will fall down and when buying will start demand will less and definitely share market will go up this is a common knowledge but why market goes down when FIIS selll there shares. this is because they have large market share than us .

One more thing I would like to add people know that friday is Black friday but there is no truth behind that the reason is that on friday FIIS sell there shares to get there money because they do not want to block there money for 3 days as our market will close for saturday and sunday. They can invest that money somewhere else for 2 days and can earn some Extra money.

so every story has a logic first try to know that
