Management is the activity to manage our work, work of office, work of house and any type of work. The bookish meaning of management is to manage things.
Manager is the person how done works though others, or management is an art of getting things done through others.
Students of management have to understand that this is the right time of their career. Their struggle of two years will make them the best manager of will help them to find their dream.
A manager is not only an office manager he/ she can be a manager in home also. A manager has to have certain type of skills.
In my opinion girls must be study the management, not for only degree but for their future because every girls have to manage their house.
Every managers have to have some skills
A manager must be knowledgeable because first requirement to become a manager is knowledge. Without knowledge a man can’t be a good manager even can’t be a bad a manager Infect he can’t be a manager. It’s a very common thing as everybody knows that without knowledge a man is like a animal. So, first thing to do is be a knowledgeable person, before every thing be strong in your subject.
A good manager has to be intelligent. Without intelligence you can’t be imagine you’re self as a manager. A fool man can’t be a manager. A good manager is the combination of knowledge and intelligence. A manager must know to do right things at the right time.
These two things have to understand at the time of your study. If you understand this at the right time then no one can stop you to become a successful manager or successful in your life. So give your best for two year and live your whole life comfortably.
These two skills are for the students. These are the primary skills which are required for the manager. There are other skills required at the stage of your profession.
Manager have to have the ability of conceptualization, Conceptualization is the ability to see the whole organization as a one body. A manager must be seeing all functional department as one organization. Conceptual skill is the concept development of planning and strategy formulation. This skill involve the ability to understand how the part of an organization depend on each other.
A manager must have the human skills. Human skill is the ability to understand the need of human. Manager must be understood the feeling, ability, need and everything which is important to a human being. This skills are equally important for at all level of management.
Technical skills are also important. Technical skills refer to specialized knowledge and proficiency in handling methods, process and techniques for specific jobs.
So, everyone must be understand these things if they want to become a manager.
