Drunk Driving
As Government gave permission for alcohol consumption,so the people started consuming it freely without any restrictions. Drunk driving has become more frequent now a days. Drunk Driving has become a risk of act in life. It leads to serious automobile collisions, life threatening injuries and even death. It is a criminal offense as it is illegal in all jurisdictions.
The tasks of driver to drive vehicles on the road are very tough. Drivers' presence of mind is very important as many decisions have to be taken in seconds while driving like one should overtake the vehicles which are moving slowly and move parallel to other vehicles in adjacent lanes. If the driver drunk, then the driver cannot perform all these tasks and finally leads to danger in traffic by making accidents.
The drunk drivers are not being alert, while driving, it may be such as any vehicle; accuracy of vision , capacity to view the three colors of traffic lights that is red, amber, and green; ability to drive at night time, ability in recovering the glare effect quickly especially at night time also. They may judging speed, time and distance; notice other vehicles or pedestrians on the roadway; in turn signal and drifting.
For the prohibition of drinking and drunk driving, there is a non profitable organization MADD in Maharashtra which is an acronym of Mothers against Drunk Driving common that seeks to support the affected people by Drunk Driving and prevent underage drinking people and drink driving. People who have drink while driving thinks that by having drink they can avoid all their problems, frustrations and irritations. But finally influences to make them drowsy and sleepy. And they finally dash the vehicle or any other objects. Most of the accidents in the world take place due to drunk driving. Due to this drunk driving the innocent people are becoming victims.
Recently the male actor from Tolly wood name Navdeep had drunk and drove the car on to the poor people who are sleep on the footpath. The same thing happened with the Salman Khan few years before. Not only these people many are doing such things by had drink with negligence.
To reduce the road accidents, a person from Andhra Pradesh has invented a small machine which detects whether a person drunk or not. If you fit this machine to any vehicle, it will not move if the drunken person drive the vehicle. So this is a wonderful thought and invention to prohibit drink driving and reduce most of the accidents. The organizations like MADD and many more are taking care of the people who are affected by the drunk driving and even counseling the people who are drinking. Recently on Maharashtra they double the fine for the people who are drunk driving. Drunk driving is has become nuisance also. When we are in driving and the dunked person driving before, we can’t understand at which direction the person move and finally we make accident. This is accident occurred without drinking due to dunked person. So there is lot of problem with a person who drinks and drive on roads.
