Preparing yourself for a career
In today competitive word every one wants to be perfect in all fields. Now there are very much option for the career for every one, along with there are so much of competition. Every year there are lakhs of students who become Engineers, Doctors, MBAs and many more. After such a big degree they all want a perfect job for him. But because of competition and because corruption most of them can to find their desired job.
To find a better career you have to understand you ability and your interest, because today you can choose your career according to your interest. In India there are many traditional families who think that best career is only in Doctor, Engineer, Teacher and MBA. They think that girls can only become a teacher or teaching is the best career for girls.
First of all you have to understand your interest then convince you parents that this is your interest and this is your life and you want to live it according to you. Some times when parents dodn’t understand their child’s interest then child becomes an enemy or leaves the house. If you face this type of situation then don’t do this type of mistake. Try to convince your parents because parent cant think wrong for their children.
For the best career you have to understand johari window. This is a window which has for part first part is that part which id hidden, In this part you are hide some thing about yourself, this is the part which you know and others don’t know. Second part is open part. This part is called open part , this part has your quality which you know and other know as well. Third part is Unknown part, this part has the thing which you and other don’t know. And the forth pat is blind, in this part you are treat like a blind because in this part you have the quality which you don’t know and the others know.
The reason to explain the johri window is just to aware you that you can have many quality which you don’t understand and other know about this and many quality which you know and other don’t know. So you have to understand you all quality which you don’t know. And show your quality to other which they don’t know.
It is a very common condition then children chose their career according to their parent but they can’t be happy in their life because which work they do this is not their work. For example if I want to become a Doctor and I am an Engineer because my parent want this from me, then I cant give my best an Engineer. My whole life will spent with a many diffeculties.
So understand you ability and interest then choose you career because it is your life. If you choose a wrong career then may be your life became hell. In a wrong position you cant do better work with you 100 % and this bad for you and for you organization and of course for our India. So choose your career very carefully.
