There is lots of stress in the head of students of exams. Not because of they are not prepared well but because they are overpressured and overburdened of getting good marks by their parents and teachers. They force students to get good marks and if they get good marks still parents demotivate them by saying that you can  get more good marks but you haven't tried.

But the fact is that an overpressured student can't perform well in studies. And everyone is not made for studies. Every one has got some abilities different from others. So please parents don't force our future generation for getting good marks just see their interest, because some times these types of pressure force the child to commit suicide and make them free from all such pressures.

Stress free student will always perform well. Well i would like to give some tips to students before taking an exam. You can always follow these tips:-

1].Don't learn anything 24 hours before exams. This is revision time. Just revise whatever you have learned earlier and if you haven't learned anything yet don't worry just read all your syllabus and close your books this is more than suffiecient.

2].Never read anything 2 hours before exam. Close your all books 2 hours before exam and also don't discuss with anybody about your course. This will make you stress free.

3].Drink water as more as possible before taking exam and also during the exam. This will sharp your memory and make you recall things more easily.

4].Fix your pen. Always take every exam with your one fix pen. It will improves your writing skills and speed and also will sharpen your memory and concentration.

You just follow these small tips and you can do wonders. All the best.
