EDUCATION OF GIRLS
Education is more necessary for girls than for boys today. The reason is very simple. It can be best understood in the idea of sri chakravarti rajagopalachari or rajaji. He said that if a boy gets educated, he can earn food for his family alone. But if a women gets educated, she educates all the boys in her family in a better way. As such five families will be able to earn bread. So education is more necessary for girls today, for al-round devalopment of the society and welfare of all the families in society.
Moreover, women need social security today more than ever. In the background of dowry death, gender harassment in offices, gender discrimination in rights, of property etc....., women need social security much. Education provides the background for that. That makes them understand their rights and the necessary of achieving them in a proper way. So education provides the basic background for social security and progress of women.
On the other hand, women are in many important positions today. They are proving themselves equal to men in both planning and execution. So benefits of their intelligence and energy must reach their fellow-women and continue in them. Otherwise the present day improvement in society which is because of women, might disappear in future. So for a total and free development of family and social life of all human beings, education of women must be improved.
