There is a lot of difference in taking face to face and talking in phone. So you face a lot of worry in the face to face. It is easy to have interview in telephone. Just leave your fear and think with a peace of mind. If you see anything with the convex mirror then a small problem also looks as huge problem. So it is good to have complete command on the subject. Most of the people fail to remember the topics they include in the resume. The interviewer asks the questions related to the details we mentioned. So to face those questions we should be get ready. You have to keep those questions in mind. If possible it is good to have a copy with you. You need to know about the company you have applied and the process of working in that company. Talking to the employee and gathering information through internet.

How you have practiced and how your fear gone is important. If you have good friends or relatives then ask them to call you and ask few questions as an interviewer. Then answer those questions. When we are in face to face interview, confidence will be observed through our expressions. So when you are handling a telephonic interview, the confidence will be observed through your manner of speaking. You should know the date and time of the interview call. If you does not get any information from the related company then you have try to contact them. While contacting or while they called you, at that time your mind and the atmosphere of your home or the place where you are staying must be pleasant. The things like TV, washing machine, mixy, music system should be off as they produce sound and they should may disturb you and your call. You should even take care that there should not be any call waiting problems that means you should be in call when the company people are going to call or you are trying to call them. If you want to avoid such problems then it is better to choose landline. If land line is not available then you have to remove call waiting facility.
Importance of beauty of decoration:
Most of the people feel that dressing neatly and having less make up is only for face to face interview. But they are mistaken. Good dressing improves simplicity and confidence in us. Some people does not get ready and dress up as they are in their home. They attend the interview call with casual dress and comfortable hair style. Wearing comfortable food wear is must.
Your room should be simple and pleasant with good smell. When you are simple by look that effects your speaking also.

While talking in phone, you have to hold a pen and white paper. When important thing told by the interviewer in the phone , so that we can note on the paper or else there may be a chance of forgetting. If is good to keep, drinking water and glass near you. So that when you feel thirsty due to answering the questions of the interviewer, you can have water. You have to prepare important things related to the subject on a paper readily while waiting for the telephonic interview call. According to your manner of talking they can estimate your attitude and nature very easily. So you have to talk softly and sweetly in a pleasing manner.

After having telephonic interview, you should not wait for their response. After 4 days you have to mail them saying thanks.
