1. THE PRESENT SIMPLE

2. THE PRESENT CONTINUOUS:
Examples: I am wearing my new shoes now.
You girls are wearing yours now.
They are wearing theirs now.
3. THE PAST SIMPLE:
Examples: I met him last Thursday.
We met him last Thursday.
You all met his last Thursday.
4. THE PAST CONTINUOUS:
Examples: I was resting when John telephoned.
He was resting when John telephoned.
They were resting when John telephoned.
5. THE FUTURE SIMPLE:
Examples: I shall finish it soon.
You will finish it soon.
We shall finish it soon.
6. THE FUTURE CONTINUOUS:
Examples: I shall be working at that time.
You will be working at that time.

7. THE PRESENT PERFECT:
Examples: I haven’t found mine yet.
She hasn’t found hers yet.

8. THE PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS:
Examples: I have been standing a long time.

9. THE PAST PERFECT:
