Roadies 17th Jan review
Today's episode of roadies was byfar the best in this season and raised the bar once again.It was a grand treat of ..
Tasks which makes your heart skip a beat,
Tasks which raises doubts in the mind
Tasks which makes even the brave to retreat.
As Roadies 7 takes you through the grind.......... :-)
The episode starts with Vikas taking out his diary and read out his views about each and every Roadie, one of the sample from the diary was this
Eric Sath honay ka dikhawa karta hai,Meghna ki har bath manta hai, jitnay ki bhukh hai, usko pataya toh sab patenge.
He urges the roadies to give him reasons to let him write something good about them,there is a lot of friction between the Roadies and Vikas.
The Roadies receive a YAHOO message to go to Kunoor for the next task,as soon as they reach Kanoor at night they receive a scroll to reach Kanoor Dharamshala.
Ranvijay is present there and the setup is Devlish with drum beats and traditional ritual THAIYAM being performed.There is a person in Rakshak's attire dancing, a person comes walks through the coal with a knife and kills the Rakshas and lights up the torches in the body of the Rakshas.
Ranvijay describes the task that has to be performed by the immune people.Vikas is asked to perform with them to prove the Roadies that he deserves a place among them too.
The tasks went in the following sequence
Mannat ---> Immune
Did the task first, she did the task slowly getting some burns,she fell down with pain but she resisted the pain to finish the task.Lots of respect girl.She did in 49.28 secs.
Eric
He almost ran through the coal and finished the task in 18 seconds.Because of running which was forbidden he was disqualified from the task and became non immune.
Anwar --> Immune
Anwar went through the coal in good time, but took up a lot of time to light the flames and he ended up in 40.79 seconds.
Meghna
Meghna also ran through the coal and finsihed the task in 30.31 seconds.
Vikas
Did the task with a lot of vengeance and walked through the burning coal, like a carpet of flowers and finished the task , earning some much needed respect along the way.He did the task in 23 seconds.
Bharti --> Immune
She had a shaky start , she was in a lot of pain and seemed like she would quit of fall but she walked through the coal and finished the task with the fastest valid time.She performed finally in the task 22.52 seconds
Vikas succeeds to come in Top 4 yet to get the immunity he has to perform once again, in the task to be done by non immune people the next day.
We wait for the next morning............
The non immune people were to do this task,they had to go underwater and push a brick without their foot touching the ground, and they could tag to their partners , so that when one loses breath the pother can take the breath forward.
The top two teams would win the immunity.
Vikas was given the choice to choose his team-mate and he chose Amripal as he thought Amritpal was more reliable.
Teams were
Mohit and Charlie --> Immune
Mohit swam like a champion and pushed the bike all by himself.Charlie stood there like a doll, what a disgrace she is to this Roadies, disgrace in crab task, disgrace in this task.They finished in 57.6 seconds.
Amritpal and Vikas --> Immune
Vikas started with lots of style and show off.They took turns to push the brick and finish the task in good time.At the end of the task Vikas shouts "Jai Shri Ram, Jai shri Ram".They finished in 2 min 7 secs.
Amya and Ravneet
Amya took the lead and he tried his best to move the brick till the end, Ravneet tried herself but later helped to push Amya in the water to push the brick.They finished in 4min 53 seconds.
Zaid and Priyanka
Both non swimmers and they did a great job.Zaid kept pushing till the end,Priyanka tried but couldnt help much.They finished in 3 mins.

Meghna - 10
Eric and Anwar are the one I feel are in danger now.
Vikas lives again to fight and win it all.
The others have to wait yet again for his fall.................
