Hi friends the method to make egg,chicken and mutton biriyani are given in this article..

Egg biriyani

Ingredients:

  1. Egg 4
  2. Onion chopped 2
  3. tomato chopped 2
  4. green chilly 2
  5. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  6. chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Samba rice 1/2 kg

Method:

1. Wash and rinse the samba rice first

2. The egg should be crushed well.

3. In oil put clove,pattai and roast lightly.

4. Add thee tomato, onion, green chilly and fry it.

5.To this add turmeric powder,chilly powder, salt and add 1/4 glass water and allow it to boil.

6. After boiling well add crushed egg and stir well.

7. After this mix contents with the cooked rice.Serve hot.

Chicken Biriyani

Ingredients:

  1. basmati rice 2 cup
  2. chicken 1/2 kg
  3. tomato 1/2 kg
  4. onion 150g
  5. green chilly 3
  6. curd 2 cup
  7. oil 50 mg
  8. ghee 50g
  9. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  11. clove some pieces
  12. mint leaves
  13. lemon 1
  14. salt

Method:

1. in ghee fry the chicken meat.

2. Wash the basmati rice properly,rinse the water and leave the for 15 minutes.

3. Pour oil in cokker and when it got dried put some onion and fry, add curd, ginger,garlic chilly powder pattai clove,cardomom  to it and fry.

4. Along this add chicken and fry,add the remaining onion tomato, turmeric powder chilly powder, mint leaves and fry well.

5.Add lemon water to it and add 1/2 glass water. close the cooker and add weight.

6. After 2 whistles add 3 glass water and allow to boil.

7. Add required salt and mix the rice and close cooker.

8. Boil in medium for 15 minutes. then add weight to cooker, and after 4 whistles take the cooker down.

9. While serving add rose essence and serve...

Mutton biriyani:

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. basmati rice 1/2 kg
  3. ginger, garlic 2 tablespoon
  4. pepper 1 teaspoon
  5. pattai,clove 2
  6. onion chopped 4
  7. tomato 3
  8. green chilly 6
  9. ghee 1 table spoon
  10. oil 3 tablespoon
  11. curd 1 cup
  12. food colour required
  13. salt

Method:

1. wash and clean the mutton

2. Wash and rinse the rice and leave it for 15 minutes.

3. In a pan put oil,ghee and fry the pattai and clove.

4. Add the chopped tomato,onoin, green chilly(3) and fry it. Add garlic,ginger and mutton and fry it.

5. When the mutton boilsit turns lightly whitish in colour. Then add salt, turmeric powder, pepper, chilly powder and boil it. Add curd to it.

6. Put 4 glass water and keep in pressure cooker. After 3 whistles bring it down,add food colour, mint leaves.

7. Serve hot...
