Tomato Pulav

Ingredients:
Tomato 5
small onion 200g
turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
chilly powder 2 teaspoon
pattai,clove 2
garlic ginger 2 teaspoon
lemon 1/2
basmati rice 2 and 1/2 cup
oil 3 tablespoon
salt
Method:

Wash the rinse in water and rinse it and leave it for 15 minutes

In oil put the onion and fry it

Fry tomato along with it and add pattai,cloves,garlic,ginger,tumeric powder,chilly powder,salt and water and leave it to boil.
Add the rice along with 4 glasses of water and boil in pressure cooker
After boiling take it and sprinkle lemon before serving

Kashmiri Pulav

Ingredients
Basmati rice 1/2 kg
chopped pinapple
Dry grapes 100g
Cashewnut,grapes 100g
Chopped carrot 2
Khose 100g
Onion chopped 2
pepper 1 teaspoon
chilly powder 2 teaspoon
green chilly 2
Aginomoto 1 teaspoon
ghee 1 tablespoon
salt
Method
Make the Basmati rice after cleaning and rinsing it
Add cashew, grapes and roast it.
Along it add onion, green chilly,carrot,khose, and fry it.
Then add salt, pepper,aginomoto and mix it well.
Mix these along with the rice made and add the chopped fruits along with this.
Add the roasted dry grapes and cashew at top of the servings

Brinjal pulav

Ingredients
Brinjal 1/2 kg
pattai,clove 2
pepper 2 teaspoon
coconut 1/4 cup
green chilly 4
Oil 2 tablespoon
Basmati rice 1/4 kg
salt
Method
Cook the basmati rice
In oil add pepper,green chilly, coconut and fry well
In oil fry the onion and mix it with the rest and then add chopped brinjal and fry
Add required salt and 1/2 cup glass and allow to boil
Add boiling well take it down and mix with rice.
Serve hot
