How does our day start ....

1 getting up in morning yawning ,,,rubbing ur eyes...checking the watch
wats the time...n wen u see the time....ur eyes open wide..saying
'ow shit m late' n then rushing in bath.....

or

2. alarm ringing trinnnnng...shutin it..lookin outside the window...
smiling at the sun ...aaw...then brushing the teeth...a small shower...in ur track pants n Reebok shoes...
going for a nice walk/ joggiing in morning feeling good....n then back n a glass of milk or juice or hot chai ya coffee.... n then strting the day...

its up to us...what we want in life ...the lousy slow way or a fit way....

besides who doesnt lik having a burger or samosa with some chutney or pizza or end no. of junk food when hungry m sure while reading it only most of us will strt ordering ...hahaha...n ya m sure this is not 1st time we r reading about unhealthy junk food...
which leads only to some extra fats...then gym n that horrible diet chart..n crzy crunches....aaah....killing us by the end of the day....

dont worry guys...m sure u must b thinking that m taking care of ol the diet n walks ...nope m also 1 of u ...
tryin tryin n tryin to implement ol this in my life...n certainly i m going to hav strted with walks....n hav cut on those fizzy drink ..atleast started wth somthin....
now the next best thing is early morning walks ...

but the best of all mantras guys ..
if nothin can be done then keep smiling n spread smiles.... :))))
