Ingredients:

175 gms. Long grained rice (basmati rice)
115 gms. French beans (finely chopped)
2 nos. Onions (finely chopped) 
85 gms. Pork (very finely chopped)
85 gms. Chicken (finely chopped) 
2 nos. Eggs (beaten) 
3 tbsps. Vegetable oil  
2 tbsps. Nam Prik 
1 tbsp. Fish sauce 
85 gms. Prawns, peeled & cooked 
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Sliced spring onions as required.
Salt to taste

Directions to cook:

step1 Put the rice in a heavy vessel and add water, salt and bring to a boil. 
step2 Uncover and stir vigorously till the water evaporates.
step3 Now reduce the heat and cover the pan tightly with foil and then place the lid on top.
step4 Steam for 20 minutes or till the rice is tender and the grains are separated from each other.
step5 Now add the beans to a pan of boiling water, cook for 2 minutes, drain and refresh under cold water.
step6 Heat oil in a wok, add onions, garlic and stir till they become soft.
step7 Stir in the pork and chicken and stir fry for 1 min.
step8 Pour the eggs in the center of the wok and leave until it just begins to set, then stir the pork mixture, nam prik, fish sauce & rice.
step9 Stir for 2 minutes, then add the beans, prawns and salt to taste.
step10 Serve garnished with coriander leaves and spring onions.
