Ingredients:

Potatoes – 3

Red onions -1

Tomatoes -2

Dry Chilies -3

Curry Leaf – 8

Garlic -3

Tamarind

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Fenugreek seeds -5

Asafoetida – ¼ tsp

Butter – 2sp

Oil - 4tsp

Turmeric powder – 1sp

Chili powder – 1sp

Cumin Powder -1sp

Coriander Powder -1sp

Curry leaf Powder – 1sp

Pepper Powder – 1sp

Preparation: Take a pan and keep on stove and light it. Then Pour 4 spoons of oil in it. After oil get heated, add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Now add curry leaves, dry red chills and garlic. After 3 minutes add chopped onions and fry till they change the color a bit then add chopped tomatos and fry until it get soften. Now add salt and all the powders mentioned in the ingredient list and fry it until the oil get separated from the curry. Now mix boiled potatoes with garam masala then add Tamarind juice into the mixture and close the pan with a lid.After 10 minutes open the lid and add 2 spoons butter and cook it in small flames.After the potato gets mixed and boiled, the spicy curry is ready.
