Ingrediants

Rice - 1cup

mushrooms -1/2 cup (chopped)

capsicum - 1cup (chopped)

Onion-1 cup (chopped)

tomato - 1 cup ( chopped)

garlic - 3 petals

pepper - 1 spoon

tumeric powder - 1pinch

salt - according to the taste

chili powder - according to the taste

oil - according to the need

paneer pieces - 1 cup

Process - 

Take a bowl

Place it on stove

add some oil and heat it.

Now fry oinion pieces then add capsicum, tomato.

Wait until the tomato gets soften.

Now add mushroom pieces in it then close it with the lid and reduce the flame.

After they get boiled then add salt, pepper, tumeric powder, chili powder and mix all finely.

Wait until the water in the curry get evapourated.

Now add rice and mix thoroughly fry them.

before taking the mixture into serving bowl, add some paneer pieces. There fore mushroom palav is ready.
