Ingrediants:

samya - 200gm

chana powder - 200gm

ginger-2spoons

chilli powder - 1spoon

cooking soda - 1 pinch

green chili - 10

curry leaf - 4 stems

coriander - 1cup

tumeric powder - 1pinch

salt - according to the taste

oinons chopped - 2 cups

pudina - little.

preparation - 

Take samya in a bowl and cook that in cooker upto 3 whistles should come. 

After 3 whistles off the stove.

After it get cooled.

then take water from the cooked samya in a bowl.

Now add chana powder , onions,green chili, ginger, chili powder,salt, coriander, pudina, curry leaves and cooking soda into cooked samya.

then mix all of them thoroughly. then let it be left for an hour.

Then take a wide bowl.

Place it on the stove.

Add oil in it.

Now the mixture which we prepared and left for an hour take that mixture.

and drop them in oil , in the form of pakodi. 

then fry them.

Now take a plate.

spread a tissue papper on it.

Then take the fried samya on to the place where the tissue paper has been spread so that the oil present in the samya pakodi get absorbed by the tissue paper.

there fore samay pakodi is ready.

About the item samya pakodi:

Samya pakodi is a very different snack item. every one know the normal pakodi. But samya pakodi is something different. the recipe is very small and simple to prepare. We can prepare this hot snack dish with in few mins. It takes much time when we leave the mixture for one hour. We can have this with tomato sous. The taste will be yummy. without sous also the taste is good.Mostly kids love to have them.People who hate to eat samya also will prefer to have it. If we have such snack at evening times and in rainy season then we get some relaxment to our mind.
