Every dinner table or food is incomplete without the Chutney it add an extra taste to your food and also work as a good appetizer. Here are some easy recipes to make chutneys just make them and enjoy your food.

Green Chutney

Ingredients

200 gram – green coriander (Dhania)

200 gram – Mint (Pudina)

8-10 – Green Chilies

1 small piece – Ginger

2 tsp – Lemon juice

Pinch of Asofotedia (Heeng)

Salt according to taste

Method

  1. Clean coriander and mint and wash them properly under running water to make it free from dust and soil which can stick in it.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the mixer and grind them finely add some water also so that it will grind properly.
  3. Add lemon juice and then mix it.
  4. Serve it with any eatable you like.

Red Chutney

Ingredients

250 grams – Garlic

1 spoon – Red chilly powder (or according to taste)

1 spoon – Salt (or according to taste)

Method

  1. Clean the garlic.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the mixer and grind them finely add some water also while grinding.

Brown Chutney

Ingredients

150 gram – Jaggery (Gud)

100 gram – Dates (khajoor)

1 tsp – Roasted cumin seeds

½ tsp – Black pepper powder

½ tsp – Black salt

2 tsp - Dry mango Powder (Amchur)

½ tsp – Red chilly powder

Method

  1. Remove the seed from dates and chop them finely. Mix all the ingredients in a big vessel add some water also and put it on fire.
  2. Stir it till it become little thick.
  3. Remove it from gas and serve it cold.
