Ingredients:

Apple - 4

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Milk powder - 1 cup

Elachi powder - 1 Spoon

Ghee - 1/4 cup

Badam - 1 Cup

Safron food color - little

Preparation of Apple badam Halwa:

1. Soak badam in hot water.

2. After 2 hours grind them finely using mixy.

3. Peel the skin of the apple and chop into small pieces.

4. Place a bowl on the stove and add ghee in it.

5. Let the ghee get melt completely.

6. Then fry apple chop in it.

7. After the apple get completely fry then add sugar in it.

8. After 5 to 6 minutes add badam pase which we prepared just now.

9. Mix them finely.

10. After apple chop get cook completely and finely. then add milk powder in it.

11. After 5 minutes add elachi powder and then off the flame. Then garnish it with apple pieces and badam pieces.

12. Therefore, Apple Badam Halwa is ready.
