Home Made Tandoori Chicken.

Its not exactly Tandoori, However its the best dish and chicken you can make.

What do you need

Chicken : 1/2 Kg. ( Try to get more boneless pieces)

Curd : - 350 gm

Ginger - 1 Clove. an inch

Green Chilli - 2

Garlic - 15 to 16 petals

Onion - 1 Big ( finely chopped)

Colour - Tandori colour, or red eating colour

Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tea Spoons

Salt - for taste

Garam Masala - 2 to 21/2 spoon

Take curd in a bowl, add a little water to it and beat it well.  Add Onion and make a paste of Ginger/ Garlic/ Green Chilli and add that to the bowl of curd. Add the chicken and the masala's and the colour to the curd. Mix it well and marinate for 6 - 8 hours.

Once the marination is done, take a shallow utencil big enough to take the chicken, add 3 - 4 spoons of oil and once the oil is heating add the marination to the oil. All you need to do it heat the chicken on high flame for 2 mins, then put it on sim and let the marination cook, cook it until the entier marination has become a thick paste, you need to keep it on sim till the entier marination is gone and a little oil starts showing out. The chicken is ready and you will notice it is soft and eatable.

How to serve

Maida - 1 cup

Water to make dough

Salt to taste

2 eggs

Add salt to Maida and make a dough, Now make a roti and put it on the pan, once a side is cook turn the roti and put the beaten egg on the roti. Turn the roti and cook the egg. The second time you turn the roti with the cooked egg, add the prepared chicken in it and fold the roti to make a roll.

Addition

You can add a few long sliced onions in vinegar and red colour for half and hour, take these onions add coriander to it and when you put chicken in the roti before folding put these onions with it and fold. (Make sure to drip the vanigar out of the onions before adding coriander. )
