Ingredients:

1)200 gms. flour(maida)

2)100 gms. semolina(suji)

3)150 gms. cooking oil/ghee/butter

4)150 gms. castor sugar

5)2 tbsp curd

6)1 tsp green cardamom powder

7)1/4 tsp soda-bi-carbonate

8)20 gms. pistachio(chopped finely)

9)4-5 tbsp milk

Method:

1)Beat oil/ghee/butter, sugar and curd together

2)Sieve flour, semolina and soda-bi-carbonate in a bowl.Add to the curd mixture.

3)Add milk and make a soft dough

4)Divide the dough into 20 small balls

5)Preheat the oven on "connection" at 160 degree celsius

6)Place the balls 5 cms apart on non - stick tawa.Presseach ball with your thumb and garnish with pistachio and cardamom powder.Bake at 160 degree celsius for 15 - 20 mins.On lower rack.

7)Serve with tea/coffee
