Ingredients :

Rice flour - 2 cups
Curd -  1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curd chillies - 2 to 3
Salt - As per taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil

Preparation time : 10 to 15 minutes

Method :

1. Mix curd , salt and rice flour to a paste by adding little water
2. Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds
3.After mustard seeds are fried add curd chilles and fry a little while
4. Add the prepared paste and add some more oil.
5. Smash the paste using the frying spoon so that it will be torn to small small pieces.
6.  When the flour is fully cooked remove from the pan and serve.

Note : Instead of curd tamarind paste can be used. Rest of the method is same
