Ingredients:

Whole Chicken 1 no. 
Tomatoes 6 nos. 
Onions 7 nos.
Garlic paste 2 tbsp. 
Ginger 2 tbsp.(chopped)
Dry red chilies 7 nos.
Coriander 1 tbsp.  
Green chilies 8 nos.(chopped) 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp. 
Red chili powder 1 tsp.
Coriander powder 1 tsp. 
Garam masala powder 1 tsp. 
Whole Garam masala 1 tsp.
Oil 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste


Directions to cook:

step1 First skin and cut the chicken into pieces. 
step2 Take whole coriander, dry red chilies and pound together.
step3 Now slice the onions.
step4 In a Kadhai take oil, add Whole Garam Masala, garlic, whole dhania, green chilies and red chilies mixture. Add onions. Fry till onions are golden brown.
step5 Then add the tomatoes, ginger, dhania powder and red chili powder.
step6 Now add some water. Cover and let it cook. 
step7 Once the gravy is reduced put in the chicken pieces, salt and coriander leaves.
step8 Mix well, sprinkle the Garam Masala Powder. Cover and cook for about 10 mins on low flame.
step9 Serve hot.
