Recipe: - Palak Paneer (Punjabi Style)

Ingredients:-

Paneer

Spinach (palak)

Onion

Tomato

Ginger, Garlic paste

Green chilly

Salt

Red chilly powder

Coriander powder

Garam Masala

Water

Curd

Oil

 

Method:-

 

Boil Palak

Add palak, Green chilly and water in the cooker.

Boil till 2-3 whistle.

 

Grind (mix)

Grind boiled palak in a mixer.

Grind onion and tomatoes separately in a mixer.

 

Cook

1) Take oil in a pan and heat it then add onion and ginger-garlic paste, stir, till it turns light brown.

2) Add grinded tomatoes, salt, Garam Masala, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Haldi and bit of curd and stir it for 5-10 minutes till it starts releasing oil.

3) Now Add palak and some quantity of water in it, after 5 minutes add pieces of Paneer and cook it for 20-25 minutes in low flame.

 

Palak paneer is ready, serve it hot.
