Hi friends in this article let us see the preparaation of Paneer Capsicum.
Paneer 500 gms.
Capsicum 100 gms.
Coriander see 2 tsp.
Red chilies wh 5 nos.
Green chili 3 nos.
Kasoori met 3/4 tsp.
Green chili 2 tsp.(chopped)
Ginger 2 tsp.(chopped)
Tomatoes 4 nos.(chopped)
Coriander 2 tbsp.(chopped)
Ghee 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste
For the paste :
6 cloves garlic mixed with a little water
Directions to cook:
step1 Firat slice the paneer and capsicum into thin long strips.
step2 Mix the coriander seeds and red chilies together.
step3 Now heat the ghee, add the garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.
step4 Add the capsicum and pounded spices and cook on a slow flame for 30 seconds.
step5 Add the green chilies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds.
step6 Add the tomatoes and cook until the ghee comes on top.
step7 Add the kasoori methi and salt and fry again for a few seconds.
step8 Finally add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes.
step9 Sprinkle coriander on the top and serve hot.
