Its early morning . The burning pain on your gut wake you up before the alarm clock does. You know that you shouldn't have eaten that spicy food for dinner, but you couldn't resist. You go to the bathroom, down a few antacids. You grab some coffee on your way to work and your day begins. At 10 AM The pain returns. You make it to lunch, but before you sit down in the cafeteria you go to the pharmacy and replenish your supply of antacids. The pain subsides. Its now 3 pm , you are busy , again you feel that the burning pain. You decide to avoid the fries. By the end of the day you consumed half dozen antacids and you try to change your eating habits. What you don't know is your body is telling you something-and no matter what you have done to stop it from communicating with you, the damage is progressing.
