Tips for healthy nails

1. Clean your nails daily.

2. Keep your nails away from acids and moist things.

3. Use gloves while working in water for long time.

4. After completion of house hold work, wipe your hands thoroughly and apply moisturizer to your nails

.5. Remove mud and germs in nails by using soft brush.

6. Apply nail polish as a layer to the nails.

7. Use remover to remove the nail polish or else nails may get damaged.

8. Use remover for every 15 days or else nail may get damaged.

9. After manicure, wipe your nails thoroughly.

10. Apply coconut oil and Castrol to nails every 2 days.

11.  Dipping nails in lemon juice give good health and growth to nails.

12. Apply nails pack that is mixture of lemon juice and baking powder. Wait till it dry and wash the nails. So that Infections won’t occur.

13. It is suggested to avoid lemon when you have cuts and wounds to nails.

14. Clean your nails and apply moisturizer before you sleep at night.

15. Shape your nails, so that they stay for more time with breakage.
