Due to the responsibilities of office and home, women does not have time to take care of their beauty and health. But this is not good. Its good to spare time for your self and by being happy. Then the confidence you gets improve and you will be more active.

Beauty for skin:

People who face stress and challenges, their skin gets tired very soon. Though they won't go into the hot sun then also their skin color changes.

             Most of the people now a days need to work infront of the computer for number of hours. So radiation powder affect us more. For this after reaching home, we should clean our skin by rose water dipped cotton and massage your skin with olive oil before you sleep. Therefore, dead cells will be removed and skin get some special glow. There is even chance to get wrinkles on the skin. So its better to have skin polishing for every 5 or 6 months.

Exercise:

Most of the people feel that there is no time to perform exercise as they are completely busy with their works. So people without their knowlege get weight. They should take care of their diet, sometimes swimming, cycling, playing should be performed according to your comfortability. you should depend on vehicles for every deed. Avoid using vehicles for nearer place. Try to walk. By walking blood circulation will be done well and heart problem does not occur.

Food:

Tiredness of body will lead to different health problems as if we feel that we are become aged person. Thats why, we should prefer the food which is available in different colors. Try to have carrot, spinach, sweet corn, tomato, grapes with the daily food. Its good to have proteins. They are available in eggs, fish, meat. Try to have once or twice in a week. Then only we can become strong physically.

Stress with D:

When we enter middle age, we suffer from muscles, legs and body pains. Thats why we should have food which contain calcium and D vitamin. Due to these, bones become strong and physical stress gets reduce and you can do your deeds very actively. You should have sufficient sleep. People who are suffering from not getting sleep problem they should consult doctor. Then only your will look fresh and active. Though how many deeds  you have, but try to spare time for taking rest. Then only you will be more heathy.
