Age is only a number- the way think
The way you look at things the things change that way, they look changed, if you feel fifty while you are still forty you will certainly be acting like a fifty-years-old person. All right, no one is getting any younger as every day passes by your age is increasing by a day. However, trust me aging is a process that takes place in different ways. The most common changes occur are physical, you can control it up to only certain extent only by doing yoga and exercising in different ways, but up to a limit only. Yes, of course your gene too has a role to play.

Then there is another way you can prevent aging process and slow it a little or do not age that fast as people normally do is mentally, after all age is only a number. You can remain ageless as long as you want. I know as long you love playing and chasing your kids, you are not aged. The day you would stop doing that that would be the beginning of the aging process. This is kind of aging management that you have to learn to slow down the process.

I love chasing young kids that sure helps me a lot, for me that is one of the best ways. Just go out with them and look, the way they enjoy, they have no worries of any thing in the world and staying with them for a while makes you feel the way they feel. I love dancing in the rain to keep myself cool and young. Keeping myself young and slowing down the aging process, I know that for sure. You never get old in the company of young kids, because they are full of positive energy. In fact, they are our source of fitness and happiness the best way to keep us happy and young. One forgets his/her age, sorrows in their company. People with no children to play with; get older fast they see nothing with younger eyes.

I know this is difficult for every one to keep pace with the children, as they are more fit and agile. There is nothing much to control the aging process for most of us, which is so natural; for some it has to take place in its normal course. Therefore, now there are two ways - Accept that as a fact and do take measures to stay healthy and positive about it or keep talking about it with different people and make you uncomfortable. I think this is better to take regular supplements, good meditations in consultations with experts and if a full time exercise does not go well, at least try the walk and yoga that should help a lot.

Do not get carried away
When people say 'I like the changes' I wish to intercept them. No one in his/her right mind likes that. As people get older, they like wearing specs, look like matured, getting mellow, and also more patient. They not only suffer from those health-related problems and blur eyesight but also feel getting tired easily and exercise is one of those things that they never feel comfortable doing these days. I wish they trim down a bit and look far fitter than they are. This age make them gain weight easily. I would avoid friends who go out, eat, and drink a lot. That is not healthy in this age.

Getting older seems to be a general problem with almost every one; no one is getting younger any more rather this is the other way round. Because when we get older, we start to feel something bad or not functioning properly in our body. One of the changes you find is that you cannot read clearly. I think that this is not because of growing old; there might be other reasons why you cannot read clearly. Have your eyes checked, before it gets worse.

There are times in every one's life when one feels low and wants to do some thing strange or does not want to do any thing. Here are some ideas you can try to feel really relaxed. These are good for you and your feelings about age. You shall immediately feel as if you have lost some bad feelings about increasing age and stresses. Keep active, that is the key of not feeling old and remain happy. Try out some of the following.

But beware of inexperienced and raw while dealing with young ones
In case you are feeling low, aged simply go for exercise, play with pets, go out and practice on photography, try swimming, play badminton, read an Interesting book, look around neighborhood, listen to some soothing musical tracks and even singing songs would make you feel younger. Have you ever tried participating in forums those have people from younger generations? That helps a lot, although you must be careful while dealing with raw and inexperienced ones. They are pain in your tooth rather than your help.

In addition, while you talk of about you are ailments your aching back, your stiff joints since you are human being, some changes would take place especially physical changes but here lies the fact about how good are you! How you mange these problems which are inevitable part of life? We are highly at risk for diseases or something that would make us worried, But a little exercise will help and some calcium supplements. Therefore, trust me age is nothing but a number, which you can forget any time. Just feel young in your heart and see the world with a different speck.

However, there is one thing I have noticed in every case that we become more open and patient as the age increases, that is a great sign. Because I have heard some older people quoting that, they become irritable and easily get angry. As for some other people, they are not afraid of getting older. Since I am still young at my heart, I will do my best to remain healthy and young so that when I grow older, I will not suffer from any kind of illness or something that will make me old enough to not to let me enjoy my life as I do enjoy it today.
