When you feel your life has become hope less and mechanical then it is good to spend time with your friends and wellwishers. Whenever it is possible, try to spend time with your parents, relatives, syblings by talking for some time, by having food with them as this spread happiness among you. Therefore, stress in your mind will decrease. As stress decreases, then the health problems like sugar, Blood pressure and the hormones which cause stress all will come into control. The people who stay way from their people and spend time with stress and challenges are equal to paitent.

The place where you work, if you keep papers and files with no order and throw, it will show effect on your mind. Then you feel irritated and frustrated. So when you enter your work place you have to settle every thing neatly and start your work. If possible try to arrange dark color flowers on the table where your work. so that it will give you nature effect.

In the free time also most of the women do more than 2 works at a time. while talking in phone they check their mail or send mail, while watching tv they do some other work. Doing more than one work will effect on the blood and this leads to blood pressure. This blood pressure effects on our heart. As much as possible it is good to do our works slowly and individually which gives us good health and happiness.

If you have more responsibilities and you are suffering from lot of stress then try to follow this. Try purchase a gift with your own earning and gift your self. Then you will feel so happy and much satisfied also. When you feel you are suffering from stress then try to spend time with the nature by having a walk on the terrus or in any park or near beach etc.
