Increase Resistance power of  body

1.Take on spoon Honey and a spoon of Lemon juice everyday.

2. Drink Milk boiled with a pinch of Turmeric and Kali mirch every night.

3. Ear one Amla every day to increase vitamins and Iron.

4. Eat Tulasi leaves everyday.

5. Take Milk boiled with Harad with Honey(1 spoon) every day.

6.  Eat papaya  weekly.

7.  Do Yoga and exercises daily.

8 Avoid Wrong living and eating habits.
