Most of the people might be searching for the solution to become lean and to be fit. The solution for this is ripped abs. In general to reduce weight what many people do is, they reduce the intake of the routine food that they consume. But this is not the right way to reduce the weight.  The main reason for the overweight is due to accumulation of fat in the human body. So when the fat content in the body is burnt, it automatically reduces the weight.

The first thing in reducing weight and to fit is that we should be conscious of the diet that is what we take and when to take. In general we eat 3 times a day, but while undergoing this process we can split our routine food. For example if you consume 8 breads for the breakfast, this routine should be changed by taking 5 breads at the usual timing and 3 breads after 2 or 3 hours ,that is we should consume 5 or 6 small meals a day. People can always have their routine food but fat containing items should be avoided. It should be made sure that the dinner is finished 2 hours before the bedtime.

Carbohydrates in our body are converted into glycogen and then turns into fat. So it is necessary to reduce the carbohydrates intake in our body. Including more protein is necessary as it maintains the maximum amount of muscle. The last thing is consumption of water. It is necessary to drink atleast 3 litres of water as it is necessary for optimal health and in flushing toxins, waste from the body. These are the steps to pursuit in physical excellence
