Postnatal:

After giving birth to a baby, many doubts arise in the woman's mind. About The baby growth and health will be top among those doubts. So if she needs to take care of these, then the mother also must be healthy and fit. When a woman is pregnant then a lot of changes take place in her and also their weight get an increase. If the weight remains after the giving birth to the baby, to become slim and fit then practicing postnatal yoga is the only way. Therefore, we can reduce the weight of postnatal very easily. While giving birth to the baby, a woman's body may become weak due to different changes taken place in her. So this weakness can be recovered with the help of postnatal yoga method. But in yoga all methods cannot be practiced by the women who adopted postnatal yoga method. If yours is cesarean delivery then until your doctor suggest, you should not adopt any exercises. If yours is normal delivery then all these yoga exercises are very helpful to reduce the weight. These yoga exercises not only reduce weight but also strengthen your muscles.

Tiger Method

This is a very easy method in postnatal yoga. It is helpful to get rid of postpartum pains very easily. You have to sit on the floor mat and your hands & legs should touch the floor. Then fold one leg like tiger sits. Then again stretch your same leg and in the same manner fold it. Like this you have to stretch and fold each leg for 10 times (that means right leg 10 times and left leg 10 times). This exercise is very helpful for the lower organs.

Cobra method

This exercise will remove lower back pain. Most of the women, after delivery they suffer from back pain. So if they adopt this exercise then they will get more relief. You have to sleep straightly in such a way that your stomach should touch the mat. You have to press the pelvic and take the breath. Then you have to lift your body little up and exhale the air.  By following this method we can get rid of the back pains caused due to different reasons.

Triangle method

By following this method we can reduce the fat which accumulates below the stomach and around the hip. This even helpful to remove the marks on the stomach. We have to stand and bend completely towards the left side and touch the floor on the left side. While touching the floor, you have lifted your right hand. Similarly on the right side. If you practice this exercise regularly then soon you will have the result. You have performed 10 times per leg (that means 10 times for right leg and 10 times for left leg).

How and when to make bath of the born baby

Now a days women are having a lot of doubts about their new born baby that when to make them bath and after the bath can we massage with or not. Like this they will have more doubts. In earlier, the grandmothers used to make them bath. But now there is no support from grandmothers to mothers of the babies. The present grandmothers don’t know how make bath to new born baby. They will say, “What I know, my mom used to take care of my children”. So they are giving responsibility of baby’s bath to maids and servants. But these maids and servants don’t know exactly how to make baby bath. How they will have interest. Your children are not their children right. Bath relaxes your baby. So mothers and grandmothers should learn to make their baby to bath.

Some women make bath to their baby without any method, immediately after they born. This is not at all correct. Babies come out from a warm womb of their mother. So we need to provide them same warmness in this world. You need to slowly clean the glands which are there on the body of the baby with a smooth cloth. But you should not rub. Then you have to wrap the baby with smooth cloth in layers. If we bath the babies immediately after they born, then they will be affected with hypothermia a dangerous disease. Many babies were died with this disease.

1. Until the baby becomes the age of 1 week don’t make them bath. You need to dip a smooth cloth in the warm water and squeeze the cloth and slowly clean the baby. Just born baby contains vernix caseosa on their body. When the baby is in the womb then this vernix caseosa will protect the baby. So will go slowly in daily cleaning but we should not try to remove it.

2. When a baby born, for first few hours we should not move them. More people should not carry them. We should touch them with clean and dry hands.

3. When the baby becomes at the age of a week then you should start bathing them. Making them bath once in a days is enough. Most of the people do head bath to their baby daily. But it is suggested to make head bath once in a week. 

4. In earlier, the grandmothers used to make bath to the baby by placing the baby in reverse position on their legs. This is a best method of bathing the babies. Due to this no problems occurs. Until the baby gets the capacity to sit, it is good following this method. After making the baby bath in this manner, you have to wipe the baby with smooth cloth when baby is on the legs of the mother or grandmother and then take the baby from the legs. While bathing the baby, you should take care that the soap water, normal water and oil does not go into the nose, mouth and eyes.

5. The tub bath is best for babies. Now most of the mothers making tub bath to their babies. There are plastic tubs available for everyone in the market. You need to fill the 2/3 of the tub with water. In the tub bath, we need to take care that the baby should not get drown. The babies face must be outside the water. We need to place few plastic toys in their plastic bath tub. We should let them play with plastic toys while taking bath in bathing tub. Due to this, they become relax and it will be a good exercise for them. When the baby has the age that they can stand then we need to make take tub bathing.

6. We should make our babies bath every day at particular time. It is good to make them bath before they have milk. If we make them bath after having milk, then the milk will come out from their out.

7. The water which you use for bath your baby must be warm.
